I have found some more calories had loads of salad and coleslaw with the jacket potato, I don’t know why I find it so hard to eat more I think it’s because I’m so used to my usual diet that I can never think what to have! Thankyou for your advice I’ll definatrly add in all the things you’ve said

Definitely echoing atomic. In my many, many years in fitness communities, 95% of the time someone is not accurately estimating their intake -- especially if they're not losing weight when trying to.
Do you mind sharing your height/weight?

Hi atomic, I’ve switched everything you said and worked out todays totals to be 1100 cals (without wine) 44g fat 36g protein so I think I’m just gonna have to plan the whole day in the morning so I can think and add in more higher fat foods so my daily calories come to 1300 with the wine aswell! Thanks so much for helping me with it all! I’m must be the biggest pain ever!

I love coleslaw and baked potatoes yum! Had that several times when TTC my daughter.

Yes since you are doing this version of diet more as a "just in case I need it" and not because you have severe PCOS you can still switch back and forth with white and whole grain. Whole grain when you can, white when you need to.

Ah thankyou that’s ideal! It will make it so much easier! I had a veggie subway sandwich earlier and it killed me to ask for the brown bread! Haha - it wasn’t actually too bad though! Thankyou x

Hi atomic, I probably should have stated a new thread but it’s just a quick question relation to OLE, does DH have to take this every day or could it be every other day? After the MC last year I’m trying to eat lots more fruit/vege/wholegrain to improve my fertility to a certain extend and I always want DH to be as healthy as possible and wondered if the OLE does just reduce fertility or potentially causes other problems?
