Yeah the way I like to describe all day snacking is like the Hobbits in LOTR - first breakfast, second breakfast, elevensies, lunch, afternoon snack, teatime, dinner, supper, bedtime snack, midnight snack. Just munching all day long. It's still really different than eating 3, or even 4, evenly spaced meals.

The morning one is often caffeine or low blood sugar, I'd try adding in a small breakfast (just for a couple days) and see if it helps. Usually once you see that it's low blood sugar you can not worry about it so much...it's the wondering "geez why am I having all these headaches" that gets people down! Same with exercising, that can definitely be blood sugar related. might want to plan on eating before or after your workout if you aren't already.

Another thing that can cause headaches is cranberry if you're taking that, and also artificial sweetener. If you were for example having artificial sweetened drinks at lunch that could possibly cause a headache a short time later.

Oh that makes sense I do drink Crystal light with my lunch and I exercise before I eat lunch which is my meal.

So you're not eating anything all day before you exercise? Yeah I'd consider going to 3 meals and putting one of them before exercise to see if it helps (I don't mean a LOT since that can upset your tummy before exercise!)

Oh gosh that would give anyone a headache. I like you guys to eat before or after exercise anyway, but especially in the morning it's ok to bend the rules if you're exercising.

Good to know! If I ate before morning exercise sometimes that would mean less than 12 hrs between dinner and 1st meal but it sounds like this is preferable to a fast then exercise.

If you can get thru the exercise without eating, hey great. But if you can't, then eating something is not a dealbreaker.
