My weight has been flying off! I’m starting to wonder if I have PCO and not PCOS. I have the hair growth and the cysts on ovaries but I ovulate every month. I’ll be honest the doctors here have been terrible and keep fobbing me off because I’m “young”

We actually have several PCOSers who have all girls and are swaying blue, and some who chose not to sway and got girls anyway (not sure these gals are active any more but I know they're out there.

We have outstanding results with nothing but diet and exercise for PCOS.
It’s great to hear that there have been some positive results for PCOS. I read loads of threads the other day and just got the impression from some comments on them that the odds were really low for PCOS because it sways blue. The only one I can find now is this one:

It was just that somebody mentioned they only knew one person who had managed to sway pink with PCOS and that person was on Clomid. So I just had a teeny tiny moment of feeling like it was a losing battle. I feel better now because of these more positive responses.

Pcos le diet is my favorite for losing weight. I went from 183lbs to 139lbs in 29 weeks. Am currently carrying my baby girl. [emoji4] I did have femara also. I also did exercise 60 mins a day 7 days a week until that last month and cut it down to 60
    Mins 4 days a week.

Keep in mind that thread is from nearly 5 years ago. It hadn't even been a year since Atomic had written her essay on the PCOS diet so it was all still relatively new.

Well, that thread is from 2013, had 9 responses, and several of them were mentioning people they knew that had girls.

PCOS can sway blue. That is what we believe, because of the high blood sugar and testosterone, that it's blue friendly. But that's why we change it up when we sway is to overcome those types of issues.

I am super pleased with our results for PCOSers!!
