A diet high in nutrients across the board seems to sway blue. All nutrients.Sorry if that was less clear.
There is no proof that high intake of calcium and magnesium sway strongly pink, and no proof that high intake of sodium and potassium (ALONE) sway strongly blue. But overall a diet with lots of nutrients in it does sway blue.

Awesome to know he and I will be 28 and 27 respectively at the time of possible conception thinking of having him do LR and OLE. I'm almost positive the man has high T and sperm count which, coupled with an unintentional HE diet on my end, is why we are where we are. Thank you ladies again!

In that case I'd still probably give him the LR. Biologically on paper it should sway pink, just that it's not getting the results I like to see.
