If you're only eating 1000 cals, then definitely bump up the food intake. Minimum is 1500 calories. Ovulation could stop if you're not eating enough. I think you should track your food on something like my fitness pal just to be sure of how much you're actually eating.

For the curries you could just add the recipe to a food tracker like MFP then just divide it into however many servings to get the calorie/fat/protein count per serving. It's not going to be exact unless your measuring out your portion of food (and please don't do that as it adds to the control freak nature in a lot of us boy moms). It will give you an idea though of what you're eating.

I dont know what to do, getting v confused!
I prefer you guys track at least at the start. The reason is because it's not only for your sway, but for your ability to get and stay pregnant. People who do not track cals, fat, and protein often end up eating too little and stopping ovulation when they lose massive amounts of weight quickly.

Both 2 and 3 meals are fine. I always had 3. I ate at about 11 am, 4-5 pm, and then had a bedtime snack. Do not feel that you have to eat only 2x a day, you can still eat 3 meals if you need to in order to get enough food coming in.

We don't know what sways more. I want everyone to try to do BOTH sticking in the limits and keeping to 2-3 (or even 4) meals a day instead of all day grazing.

If two meals is too difficult then you can do 3 or even 4 if that suits you better. It's still way better than eating just 2 meals, being hungry and then snacking all day.

The trouble is that even when you don't see yourself losing much weight, if you aren't eating enough fat you can still stop ovulating, and not eating enough protein may reduce your ability to get and stay pregnant. It's actually easier than you think to track nutrients,I just used a paper and pen and for big recipes like the curry, I estimated roughly the amounts and then divided them in my head by the amount I ate of it. It DOES NOT need to be exact, you just need a basic, close figure about how much you're getting. I ate TONS of curry when I got my DD.

We also have good results with just going vegetarian. If you really can't do it, just switch to a fully vegetarian diet and don't count anything and people do still get girls that way.

add in a serving of full fat dairy and 4-6 eggs a week to be sure you're getting enough fat.

1000 cals is not enough. 1200 barest minimum and I prefer most people are 1500-1800 cals.

Got round to getting my fitness pal and inputting what i eat (divided by servings) its showing im over in fat but wayyy low on protein - any foods recommended to up protein but not the fat. Just realised this will be alot harder for me to stay in limits of it all 😣
