When is one attempt too late?

Yeah its really hard to not obsess about everything, I think just over time as I got more comfortable in the diet and the exercise I just naturally relaxed about it all, was so exhausted anyway I didn't have the energy to obsess over anything ha ha. This was actually my third time swaying, first time I had my gorgeous boy, second time I didn't get pregnant and had to take a break so I guess by this time the diet was almost second nature to me, which I think helped me to relax. Like atomic said though you cant force yourself to relax as it just doesn't work, but my advice is definitely just do what you can, don't beat yourself up about the things that might go wrong and just keep busy :-) Yeah I got my daughter by doing absolutely nothing different to when I got my sons but now for the life of me cant conceive another girl ha ha. I'm scared about having twins but feel really blessed, wasn't expecting it but definitely wouldn't change it. Thank you, I will update when I know what they are.
