From what I already read Atomic often advices to do e4d plus one attempt t positive opk.
Or, if you are very desperate to her pregnant, there is a plan called the „egg meets sperm plan“.

To improve your own fertilitiy she often says to add in one serving of full fat dairy and 4-6 eggs per week, but probably you‘re already doing that..?!

OLE is about to improve the sperm quality so I personally would keep him taking that.

Gooooooood luck for your upcoming cycle!

I may be wrong but OLE actually may possibly reduce sperm health hence swaying pink....

I want you on e4d plus one attempt at positive OPK now.

Like one of the other posters say I definitely want you on full fat dairy, eggs, and a serving or two of red meat/salmon per week.

    Is your cycle regular?

Cut back on the OLE (I don't think that's the problem but just in case)

    ARe you having any EWCM?

I have never had anyone report that strawberries reduce EWCM. They're good to eat on LE Diet!

You can find someone claiming that every food under the sun raises testosterone. Anything that has vitamins, minerals, or other micronutrients in it, someone will claim it raises testosterone. NO, strawberries in and of themselves do not raise testosterone at all whatsoever. I assure you there are no body builders eating all-strawberry diets to build muscle.

I think that spending time looking up foods on line to see if everything you eat "raises testosterone" is 9 million times worse for your sway than even if you had the highest testosterone on the planet. Please don't do that. Get out, live your life, keep busy on other things.
