I'm doing bbt this attempt and I've been doing practice with it this month! Usually I only use ovulation test bit this time I want to try this too. Anyone else adding new stuff?

I added fiber and really truly started following LE diet, not just cutting back. I am considering adding acupuncture as well. My mom wants to gift it to me. If there was some way I could get ahold of my doc on maternity leave, I would ask for lowest dose clomid.... but I can't even come up with a reason to ask for it. Haha.

So dose anyone else get random EWCM? Ive noticed that I get what looks like it the day after sex, but we haven't had sex since Sunday and its Thursday here. I did an opk this am and its negative. I was going to do e4d and today was going to be an attempt, but I am having to change plans and go out of town. Won't be back for two days. I'm switching things up I guess and doing abstinence before one attempt at positive opk. All depends on when that opk happens.

So dose anyone else get random EWCM? Ive noticed that I get what looks like it the day after sex, but we haven't had sex since Sunday and its Thursday here. I did an opk this am and its negative. I was going to do e4d and today was going to be an attempt, but I am having to change plans and go out of town. Won't be back for two days. I'm switching things up I guess and doing abstinence before one attempt at positive opk. All depends on when that opk happens.

How long generally from a flashing smiley to a solid? I guess it’s not predictable is it? I’ve never used them before, and I’m now torn between hanging on until a solid, before I have an attempt, (which is due tomorrow ) or attempt tonight [emoji51][emoji51] !

Hopeful I had between 1-5 days of flashing smileys. If you feel you must be close you can test again in the evening once you have a flashing smiley. Why not test again this evening then decide on whether to attempt or not if its not solid?

Hgmama I agree change is good! Just go with the flow and what works and dont sweat the small stuff ❤ that's lovely your mum wants to gift you acupuncture! Mum's really are the best!! My ds2 asked me the other day who my best friend is and I answered "nanny" (my mum)

Yeah I do, and I’ve noticed I get it sometimes 4 days leading up to ov.
Switching things around can sometimes be the best move!

I did one last night and it was still flashing, have no more opks, and I have 3 sick kids so can’t get anymore [emoji20].... sooooooo I had our e4d attempt [emoji16] and my temp dipped this morning so I’m pretty sure, I’m close to ovulating [emoji847]
