Yes just drop the green tea, I've seen this delay O for quite a few people. That level of B6 is not likely to be causing any trouble so just continue. It may take a few days or even a couple weeks after stopping the green tea before things get back to normal again.

Yes I think next month will be great! Plus we will be in the "boy peak" months then!!

I think we had a translation error, what are you doing next cycle? I'm sorry I can't quite figure that word out.

I always dyed my hair since I was 18 years old and I have gotten 4 boys while doing so.

I would try to keep hair coloring as far apart as you can (so don't go get it touched up every 2 weeks or whatever) just to be cautious!

BD on ovulation doesn't really sway so just be sure you are having more than one attempt. One attempt has been a strong pink sway. If you want to stick with timing (even though it does not work) you can have an attempt on O-1, then on the morning of O Day if you possibly can, and then again the following night (night of O Day). 3 or more attempts has been blue friendly.

Yes, i know about timing, from one attempt we got uor dd2, we are planning one attempt after pos opk and the next morning, its very hard to be intimous in our home, with our girls that are very active. And with all that to add dh job, he have to be all day available. But with monitoring/ultrasound we will know days before and day of o, its not the first time i do that, what i wanted to say, i want to be sure when my o is, by folowing follicles growth, so i can do the best of us for sway. We will deff.try third attempt, hope it will be possible.

I do my hair coloring once in 3 months, hope its ok.

Thank you again for your time atomic!

Hi everybody, i had some trouble this cycle. My period was 3 days late and when it came it just dont stop, its day 12 and i stil have some spotting, old brown spots on my underwear.

I did my blood check and still waiting for apointment with my dr to read results, with my other dr i did folliculometry (not sure if i spell right) everything looks ok, on my cd 9 i had follicle on my left ovary 22mm but endonetrium seems to be small, 3,5cm, after two days it was 7,5 cm.

We decided to take a pause this month and dr told me about inositol . i had very stressful week which i think messed things up. She (dr) thinks that inositol could make endometrium better and regulate my cycle a little bit.

What should i expect with inositol,is it really helpfull, what could be the problem, reason for my long period this cycle, besides stress? Is it maybe all those vitamins i take? Is it maybe still green tea affecting my hormones? (i stop drinking it when i realise that my ovulation is few days later than usual and so my period is always late)

DO NOT take inositol. We don't even know what the problem is here. Inositol can sway pink (we have 12 of 13 girls conceived with inositol + pink sways) and if you take it when you don't need to it can really mess things up. Inositol is brand new to doctors, they haven't seen the side effects that I have seen and are suddenly telling everyone and their duck to take it without any experience or knowledge about the trouble it can cause for people.

A 3 day late period is no big deal. That just means you ovulated 3 days late. That does not need any regulation whatsoever. I'm more concerned about so many days of bleeding. Can you please give me a recap of everything - and I mean EVERYTHING even aspirin - that you took this last 6 weeks???

Silly me, already started inozitol, for 2 days. My dr said i should be helpfull for my lining, so that doesnt work that way? Its medication from Italy called Isofolic, contain myo-inositol and small amount of folic acid.

Ok, for the past 6 weeks i took ibuprofen for head pains, about 2 or 1 times a week, and on my period because its painful.

I took omega 3 fish oil, green tea (i stop that few weeks ago) i drank gellatin this cycle af-o actualy i stop that cd10 .
    Folic acid about 3000mcg
About 3 times i had my stomach pains so i took medication for that (that never caused me trouble)
    My multivitamin have
    Vit c 60mg
    Niacin 12mg
    Vit E 9mg
    Pantoteic acid 4,5mg
    Vit B6 1,05mg
    Vit B2 1,05mg
    Vit B1 0,825mg
    Folic acid 150mcg
    D- biotin 37,5 mcg
    Vit B12 1, 875mcg
    Zinc 10,6mg
    Iron 9,9mg
    I 100mcg
    Rutin 1mg
    Lutein 300mcg

I think thats all, i m eating way healthier than before, one cup of coffe only, no cigarettes

And i almost forgot few times a week i take bs drink, and this cycle i took it af to cd10, once a day.
