It's fine if you prefer to use a little almond milk still, that's less bad than skim dairy (such as the yogurt.) yogurt, cheese are fine for sources of full fat dairy.

DH can cut back on things like smoking, drinking alcohol, eating junky/salty/sugary foods, and try to eat more healthfully.

Having hubby release daily has not worked and will really cut odds of conception by a lot. You may really truly only have a few more chances at conceiving so we have to get rid of the things that don't work and focus on the things that do - diet, exercise, one attempt, and the Gonal F.

If you prefer to try naturally I would have you do the every 4 day method...have unprotected sex every 4th day starting right after your period ends and continue on until you're certain you've ovulated, even if that means going all the way through till your next period begins. this guards against delayed or early ovulation.

I have always thankfully gotten pregnant easily - 1-2 months for all four of my boys. With my pregnancy at 41 it took me 6 months instead of 1-2 but i conceived naturally with no medical assistance.

Lowering pH has not worked. We have identical success rates with pH methods and without them, and the pH methods all cut odds of conception hugely. I cannot recommend them for anyone who's 41.

Swaying is one of those things where you can do things seemingly exactly the same but the results are different. This is because it is partially luck, but also because our bodies are in different places than they were before. You can't assume that just because you got a boy last time, you will do so again. The Gonal F is likely swaying pink for you and you can make the changes we talked about as well over time. I really want to stress that we don't have the luxury of carrying on with TTC + swaying more than a few months because we really do see chances of conception dropping off fast at this stage of the game. I just don't want you to miss potentially good eggs chasing after sway tactics that don't even work at all, because if you don't get pregnant, you have zero chance at a baby girl!!!

I eat soy about 5 times a week. The diet mentioned to avoid soy if I wanted to increase fertility. Soy is my main source of protein.

There is some evidence that soy may harm fertility but if you're overall making several changes (fewer carbs, no skim dairy, etc) then it very well may be that you can continue with the soy. I would probably keep it to 2-3 servings per week, however.

Hi Atomic. Just wanted to say I decided to go for the iui this cycle. I started with Gonal f 2 days ago as I thought would happen. I know Time is not on my side thus decided to just go for it this cycle, though I have not been on the diet for too long. I will cut down on soy this week nad next. Next week is when I’m sure the iui will take place. I am also trying to have full fat dairy, more nuts, essentially more a keto diet(so high fat, not much carb-so not really getting to ketosis though) . Taking supplements. Husband not taking any supplements

That is exactly what I'd have had you do!

Everything sounds as if it's proceeding perfectly.

Thank you. It’s done! I had 2 follicles. It’s going to be a miracle if I get pregnant. And then on top of that a girl. Omg! My life will be complete🙏💞#pinkalltheway

Hi Atomic. Just wanted to say it was a failed IUI. my husband won’t try again. This was my first and last try. I am totally lost and broken. In my dreams she will always stay. I hope she chooses me in my next lifetime. ... thank you for the hope you gave to me.
