Thanks Atomic soooooo much! All this time I thought banana was the magic boy fruit been eating at least 2 a day. Thing is I absolutely hate banana the things you do for your sway . I’ll definitely check with his doctor about coq10 would you recommend anything else that may not react with the bp meds. Can you please send your blue dust to me I need all I can! But other than that does my sway seem promising or is there anything I should tweak still got a few months before really go full blue throttle.

Yes, that's a total myth! If u look up mangoes, they have significantly MORE potassium than a banana and have more other nutrients as well. Bananas are basically sugar and not a lot else going on. I have found time after time that the people who stuff themselves with bananas then end up a)gaining tons of weight and b)having not enough room in their tummies for foods that are much more nutrient dense. I see too many blue swayers falling into these diets of bananas, potatoes, lemon water and almond milk and then they can barely fit in anything else.

I think your sway is great, right on target with those couple little tweaks!

Do ask the pharmacist about the supps you plan to have him take. I don't know anything off the top of my head that can interact, I just happen to know that one because I"ve been told about it. Carnitine is not always recommended for men who have had history of heart attacks but I don't know if that would apply to your hubby.

Yes sending you all the blue dust I have!

L-arginine ~may~ interact with the BP medication (causing blood pressure to get TOO low) but again I feel safer if u guys discuss with your pharmacist as they're the experts. I do know that l-arg. can cause flareups of genital herpes and also cold sores so if he suffers from either of those things I would probably avoid. I haven't found any strong trend in better results with l-arginine than without it. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-...e/faq-20058052
