Thanks again, ladies - I really appreciate all this support.

Jen - to answer your questions, I stupidly didn't start using OPKs since yesterday since I am out of ICs and got lazy about ordering more. When I started showing fertile signs yesterday I decided it was worth breaking into my pack of expensive digis. It was a -, but there was a definite second line. I'll test again around lunchtime today.

I did use 1/2 a tube of rephresh yesterday just in case, so I'm good to go with that. I also might take a Zyrtec as a precaution since I can't tell if the globby brown discharge is EWCM or not (slightly stretchy, but nothing like my usual stuff). I'm also going to drink some Crystal Light today to try to lower my PH as well since I haven't been taking Baby Aspirin this time.

I think I might dtd tonight whether or not I get a +OPK - I just really feel like I'm about to O and there's nothing to lose, right? I think I'll only have dh release once first, though, since he won't get home from work until 6 and if he has to release twice between then and when we dtd later in the evening, I don't think he'd be up for the task, so to speak .

Mocha, I think your sway is great, I agree, I'm leaning more towards the act of losing weight sways more than any diet per se..tho diet is still important, i think concieving right after a M/C seems to sway girl heavily....

I would do it tonight and hope get there!!

auroara - thanks. I just wish I'd lost more weight since the m/c. Unfortunately I had a bit of a pity party the weekend after the m/c and ate waaay too much food. Do you think 5lbs is enough? I was a lot happier with he 20 lbs I lost right before conceiving my angel baby. Does that weight I lost before still count towards this sway, or does the fact I gained 13 lbs in between negate it?

I updated elsewhere but I don't think I updated here. I did another OPK in the afternoon and it was still negative. I still have all the O signs, though, so I think we'll go for it tonight and hope I get that +OPK tomorrow. I don't want to risk missing the egg just in case my surge happens in the middle of the night or something and I miss it.

I'd really like to know the answer on this. I did something very similar. Lost a lot before last pregnancy gained back after loss. Lost again for sway, but still weigh more then before. Atomic may have good insight into this

    Good luck tonight mocha!

I can't really answer your questions in detail, lemon, but I know that atomic suggests that weight loss is a bit part of the sway - even if it's just a pound or two. I lost 20 lbs in the first 2 months I was on the LE diet (and I'm not large to begin with - I was wearing size 00 by the end of the summer). People who are really skinny already need to be very careful they don't lose too much weight or they'll stop ovulating.

So, it's 8pm here, and dh is out playing hockey. He'll be back around 9:30, so we're going to dtd then. I already had him release after supper, but I don't think I'm going to push it and get him to release again. I do think I'll do jump and dump, though, and hopefully that combined with the rephresh I used about 24 hours ago will hopefully keep his sperm count low enough.

I took a Zyrtec earlier today but it hasn't done a thing for me. I'm a EWCM factory - there's more than I've had since I started the diet last May! Should I worry about that? In the month I conceived my angel baby I only had watery cm, which I took as a sign the diet had done its job. I might pop a Benedryl around 8:30 or so but I'm afraid to take it too early since it really knocks me out and I need to be awake to dtd!
