    Plus, the good news is, that even just walking for an hour counts. So you don't ever really have to get your heart racing or anything, it's ok to go walk the dog or the kids or whatever you need to do. The exception is housework though because firstly I feel people stop and start too much (and it's rare to do housework all day, unlike with nursing) plus we've seen a few people try to claim housework as exercise and it did not seem to sway pink for them.
    Are you saying that my 3 days of 12 hour shifts can count as enough cardio since I am swaying pink? [emoji166] since it’s moderate exercise over long periods of time. Or should I try doing an hour of cardio on my days off? I just don’t want to sway boy accidentally.

    I would absolutely try to get in another day or even two of 1 hour cardio. But you do NOT need to do cardio on top of a 12 hour shift and nor do you need to do cardio every single other day to make up for that.
