    I tried testing morning, afternoon and evening from CD 9 to CD 13. I will try from cd 5 next time.

    I had some spotting for 2-3 days now. CD 17, 18 and CD 19 today. I never tried that before. I did drink pep tea last week. Do you think the pep tea is the reason?

    My hubby is 40 years. If we bd everyday for 7 to 10 days do that raise my testosterone level to much?

    Start CD 8, not 5. There would be no reason to test CD 5, that's too early.

    Test with OPK after lunch and early evening (like 5 pm or so). Don't test in the morning or later at night.

    How much peppermint te?

    BD with protection is one way to do daily release. Don't worry about your testosterone, testosterone never been proven to sway. That is fine

    Thank you. I will try that next month.

    I did drink one cup of pep tea for like 6 days. I think from Tuesday to Sunday last week.
    I never tried this before and I never did drink pep tea before. Unfortunately it didn't stop yet.

    Gosh that's not what I'd consider enough pep tea to cause problems, but anything is possible.

    I am back and I am sorry for my late respond.
    I only take fiber and folic acid.

    I was spotting for 4 days and my period is 7 days late by now. I have been to check by my doctor. I am not pregnant and she unfortunately doesn't know what is causing this.

    I kind of have been on the LE diet for a year, but not intensionally (stressed out at home, at work and family issues) Maybe that is the reason for my irregular cycle.
    Does that kind of stress sway blue?

    I did loose 12 pounds last year. I did gain a couple of pounds during summer. I haven't even lost a pound since I started the LE diet 4 weeks ago. I have 1000 - 1500 calories, 50g fat and 50g protein a day. What is the limit for carbohydrates if any? I have 2 meals a day around noon and 6 pm.

    Is it important to loose weight or is it more important to have low blood sugar?

    I don't do cardio, but I walk a lot every day. Should I do cardio even though I have low blood sugar every day?
    Should I do it everyday?
    Did you do cardio while swaying for your girl.

    Is there anything you can recommend to get my cycle back to normal? I am frustrated that my cycle is suddenly irregular, since I wanted to ttc girl in December.

    Stress that is out of your control likely sways pink. Don't worry about how stress sways though, it just adds more stress.

    I suspect you are not getting enough calories and that is causing the spotting and late period. What is your weight now?

    No limit for carbs, they will be limited by the overall cal restriction though.

    We don't know what is more important. These things all work together.

    Walking IS cardio. It counts for cardio. I didn't exercise with my girl because I was really busy, but it's among our best sway tactics.

    You need to eat more calories to get your cycle back to normal. 1000 calories is not allowed. 1500-1800 cals is best. Ccan you give me more info about your weight and the type of foods you're eating?

    Ok I will try up my cal intake.

    My weight is 136 pounds and my bmi is around 22 and 23.

    For lunch I eat one of following: cake, banana or appel, yoghurt, white bread with chesse or maybe a sandwich.
    For dinner: salad, pizza, tortillas, rice, pasta, potatoes, gravy, chicken, falafel or maybe soup.
    Sometimes I have milk chocolate as a snack after dinner.

    I drink 5 cups of coffee during the day. Beer or wine some nights.

    Do you have the totals for protein and fat?

    Your BMI is still ok,should not be causing problems but I want to be sure you have enough fat coming in.

    I have 50g fat and 50g protein.

    Do you think I ovulate, when I don't get my period?
    I did test with the clearblue advanced every second day, since my spotting stopped. All of them have been negative.

    If you don't get your period, you didn't ovulate.

    Let's try cutting back to 3 cups coffee a day and switching from white flour to whole grains. Cut back on sugar as much as you can stand to.
