OHB - Anovulatory cycles are relatively uncommon. Cycles where O is delayed a week or two or three, are SUPER common. Whenever you have a delayed O, please don't panic and throw everything out the window. Most of the time, you simply need a big dose of Vitamin P - patience.

Girls, I know it's nerve wracking when O doesn't arrive right on schedule but please, NEVER stop the diet. You can relax on diet (esp. calories - I'd still try to keep to the 40-50 g protein, 20-60 g fat) but never stop it. 9 times out of 10, your O is just taking its time in arriving which is what you WANT for TTC pink. There are many women who have irregular cycles every month of their lives and don't know when O is arriving.

One of the main purposes of some of the supps and the LE Diet is to reduce estrogen levels and gently suppress fertility. You WANT your O to be slightly delayed because that means that your estrogen levels have gone down a bit. You WILL O once your body saves up enough estrogen to do it. To stop ovulating, you ahve to cut back a heck of a lot more drastically than the LE Diet and it takes months of fairly extreme deprivation for most people.
