Clomid sway ideas?

Well, that's what I mean when I say strict with the diet...low everything! And I do know meats, eggs, beans. I tied sylk and it burned really badly for me. Have you tried it out yet?

I have not tried it yet. I plan to, but not for BD, just use a fingertip to check to see if it burns. I wonder why it would burn you?

Do I want EWCM for a girl? I don't have much of that at all, more watery. I get lots of creamy though. Do I need Robitussin? Confused? What about SYLK?

Clomid can make your CM SO bad as to render you incapable of conception. You need at least SOME CM to conceive.

I am not sure of the dosage for Clomid yet. Will know if AF shows. I am not strict on the diet, just low everything, so I guess I need to use at least SYLK with Clomid?

I prefer that you not use any jellies when on Clomid. The Clomid will make your CM hostile and do the swaying FOR you and doing Sylk too would just add insult to injury.

Hi there I am new to GD and am also planning a mild girl sway while on Clomid. I am just wondering why you don't recommend douching while using Clomid (atomic). Thanks in advance for any info you can provide....after reading many of the other posts I am truly amazed at the amount of knowledge you have!!!!!

First of all hi and welcome! Glad you found us.

The reason you should do very little to sway while on Clomid is for a couple of different reasons. First of all, at least 50% (and prob. more) women get very bad EWCM while on Clomid. Like, so bad that sperm cannot swim thru it very easily at all and so you need more sperm than you would in an average conception, just to have enough to survive to fertilize an egg. (this is also at least part of why it sways pink) The second reason is that you can only stay on Clomid for 6 months maximum, and less than 3 months is better. If you take Clomid for longer than 6 months (and even 3-6 months) you will get such a bad uterine lining that it basically renders you infertile. You also have a limited number of months you can take Clomid in your entire life (usually less than 12 months but diff doctors seem to handle this differently) because it increases the risk of both ovarian and uterine cancer. So if you really NEED to take Clomid to conceive, if you plan on future pg, every month you're on Clomid in the here and now is one less month you can take it in the future. You have to get pg quick on Clomid, it's harder to conceive on Clomid than naturally anyway (except for the whole, ovulating thing ) and doing anything that stands in the way of conception, such as douching - which mind you I don't even advise for people who AREN'T on Clomid because I think it makes it too hard to get pg - is a huge step in the wrong direction for getting your DG. If you can't get pg you have no shot at your DG!!

so if Clomid makes CM more hostile, does that mean more creamy girl CM or none at all? if it lessens it, how can the swimmers swim?

It makes less, and also very dry CM that is lower in pH and doesn't "fern" as well. It's not a magic bullet tho, some people's CM stays ok on Clomid and for others, it gets better for a day right at ovulation. There's a CM continuum from very awesome (ie sways blue) to infertile and everything in between so Clomid just makes you take a step or several steps down that continuum for the worse.

My concern for you Daisy is that you're saying your CM is not so hot to start with, so a step down the continuum may be a step too far, hence the Robitussin.

All the things that are low in pH can burn. (note - a lot of the very high pH things like BSF can also burn!)
