I have decided against vitamin D by the way, too much nutrients...
Both Vit D and Vit C help with calcium absorption in different ways.

I personally would not have you take either, because we don't even know that we WANT calcium to be absorbed or if we want it floating around unabsorbed and getting excreted in our CM.

Nutrients across the boards seem to sway blue.

Lesser of two evils I would go with Vit. C over D because Vit. D raises testosterone.

right, I agree atomic, thanks... I didnt realise those cranberry supps contained the vitamin C, I only saw this now. Will buy different ones once these are finished.

Talkig about calcium in CM.... is there anyway to just "douche" with it?

You can, but I think particles of calcium are even less likely to get all the way up inside to where the egg is fertilized than pH is! Directions here if you want to try it. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/show...ching-TTC-Pink

If I didn't mention this already (or even if I did) you can always try giving your DH the cal/mag - nutrients don't seem to sway much for men (becos women's bodies are the ones that must carry a baby for 9 months and then breastfeed in nature while men can go onto father 1000 other children during the same time period) so by giving HIM the cal-mag, you may reap some benefit from it while not risking the increase in nutrients for you.

    Hi Nini,
When i bought my Calcium the pharmacist advised that calcium is best taken at night as its better for absorption. Im not sure why as I didnt ask. I remember threewillys saying that she takes her calcium 2hrs either side of any other supps too as its better for absorption. The pharmacist also said that unless you are vit. D deficient you shouldn't need to take extra vit d. I hope this is all correct and i haven't been misinformed.
