    Well, I do think it does hinder TTC at least somewhat, how could it not?

    There will still be some effect from the 3 days ago batch but it will be less effective.

    Using the applicator a few hours after TTC is too late, sperm leaves the vjj very quickly after intercourse but it will work for future attempts.

    It really doesn't matter TOO much, there's no right or wrong way to do it, whatever you do, I'm sure will be just fine! GL

    thanks again for everyoneones help last night i did end up BDing with a tiny tiny amount (less thsn a finger tip) of rephresh at entry just for some moisture TMI, and a half an hour later once i knew the sperm were out of the way ,i used the whole rest of the applicator to cover me for tonight and tomorows BDs, i am defently hoping the rephresh was still working from 3 days ago but its done now so whatever, i was more worried about killing lasts nights attempt by using it too close to BD so its all good ,NOW i havnt messed it all up

    Thanks Atomic ,Ive bumped them up from 900 cals but im finding it hard to get the cals without the protein, arrrrgh i swear as soon as i get a BFP i am going to an all you can eat buffet , im not stressing about the banana too much cause i REALLY do need the pottassium and i know how vital it is, last week i was having all sorts of muscle cramps, and chest pains and since adding the banana i feel 1000% better

    in the Dream Members section there are a couple threads that can help you - one is "100 calorie snacks" and the other is "quick fixes for diet disasters" They are stickied at the top of the page.

    If you are having muscle cramps and chest pains I BEG YOU to make sure you get that 2500-3500 mg potassium every day. That is NOT GOOD.
