    I'm not sure what you mean, they're not marketed as being the same thing that I know of?

    They do work on different mechanisms in the body which is why they are ok to take together (according to 2 doctors, one of whom was an allergist, and a pharmacist)

    Not the same thing tho and you're right, it is odd and confusing. Esp. for those with allergies because some medicines work better than others for every individual.
