    A couple of more q's if i can?
    Should i drop the nuts and replace them with something else? Or just drop them completely?
    In regards to bread - wholegrain, or white?

    Am i missing anything that is considered 'crucial' for a girl diet (i know there is no magic food)
    Is there anything i should ADD?

    Also - how to best control the hunger so that the 'no snacking' is easier?

    sugar free chewing gum, (decaf) coffee, (diet) coke.
    When swaying pink you will feel hungry in the beginning, but you get used to it quickly. For me it really helped to get out of the house and keep myself busy.
    Be careful to not loose to much weight before your attempt is here, you can add more sweets, fruits, empty calories without nutrients within your meals if you loose weight too fast.

    Yep i never used to eat breakfast when we concieved our DD. Best of luck with your sway.

    No, the recommendation for cal to be double mag is to prevent something called "low ionic strenght" which makes pH sticks not work. Nothing whatsoever to do with swaying.

    Some vitamins are formulated for people who legitimately have problems with electrolyte balance - some disorders cause you to lose lots of certain electrolytes and so some people actually need more than the normal amount. For the rest of us, it is dangerous to take too much and we can even die from it.

    I would have you drop the nuts and also switch to white bread BUT as long as you're fitting into the day's overall goals, if a few nuts helps you to do that, it's ok.

    In case no one mentioned this before, aspartame can be a good addition to a pink sway diet and also will help fight the hungries. 2-3 12 oz. is plenty and also is safe throughout the cycle.

    You do get used to the diet over time - you may want to ease into it rather than diving in all at once!
