Vitamins as in supplements rather than naturally occurring in fruit etc?
That sounds much simpler than I was thinking. It's been such a long time since I read in depth about it, as I read up when we originally started trying for number 5, then we took a break when FIL died and went back to it, then it took us 3.5 years to actually conceive so I guess I must have built it right up in my head haha

It is WAY easier than people think it is. Just simply sticking in the limits for fat, protein, calories, avoiding snacks, and then not eating fortified foods and taking vitamins. It's just that easy for most people. Some do also end up making additional changes (like people with PCOS avoiding sugar, for example) but most people don't need to do that.
