    People think I'm crazy having 4, when word is out I'm pregnant I will be even more nuts lol

    I live on the Gold Coast too Princess of Pink I notice the same as you, usually 2 or 3 kids per family. And my SIL who has 7 lives in Townsville and a friend from school who is expecting number 5 lives in Sydney.

    mixture here as well.. I live in South GA.. small town. so, we have a lot of farmers in this area and most have 2-4 kids.. sometimes more. the upper class usually 1-2.. middle 2-3.. and poorer have anywhere between 2-8 kids.

    2 is the norm where I live I think. Larger families are pretty common but not with people I know. I seriously know (rather than knowing of, seeing at kids' school etc.) 2 people with 4 kids. When I announced #3 I got a lot of surprise because people assumed I would only have 2.
