Ok. So since we are trying for more like 50-60 g protein, you would probably be going over that a bit. You might want to cut serving size on those and make up for it with something without as much protein.

That's your call to make - as long as you had cut back somewhat from your normal diet I'd likely still count those weeks in the total.

Hi Atomic thank you for your help, I took letrozole this cycle and we are trying again. I have cut red meat completely from my diet this past month. I have recently came across the e4d for a girl, I thought it was only one try in the fertile window didn’t realize we bad to stick to e4d the entire cycle. I ovulate very late cd18-20. I haven’t ovulated yet, Im monitoring with the ovulation strips. We have dtd cd 12&cd13 does that affect my sway in a bad way? Im going to stick to the e4d now that I know. Please let me know, Im so worried I might have messed everything up for us this cycle

You can do one attempt, or you can do e4d. It's your choice. Some people do one thing, some another. Some start off with one attempt and then do e4d later on.

you may end up ovulating sooner than you normally do with swaying. Just be aware of that.

But having attempts out of the fertile window does not matter IN the fertile window, if you're 5-6 days from when you normally O that is fine.
