Quick question I picked these up today but says not for pregagnt or breastfeeding maybe due to the high vitamin a in it, is it still okay to take please advice.? Xx

I think they say that more for reasons of legal liability than anything else. It's ok as long as you're not taking any more Vit. A in supplement form - right in line with what is recommended.

Yes I recommend the regular Centrum for women anyway, not the over 50. The over 50 is for the men to take.
