No. White discharge in pregnancy is 100% normal and has nothing to do with gender. It is CAUSED by pregnancy of either gender, as the mucus plug forms and is maintained.

I’m currently pregnant with twins and I had no pregnancy symptoms at all until 9 or so weeks unless you count bloating and constipation.

That happens quite a bit and is just the effect of the prenatal. It doesn't hurt anything
