Anyways, my point is, I don't like the way my body looks now, especially since I'm gaining weight back now and am just mushy, but I am happy that I changed from being thin and toned to skinny and mushy in terms of the sway. Hopefully it pays off!
I would read your posts sometimes about having a hard time not working out, I know I would be just like that. I stopped working out for 6 weeks straight one time and lost 10 pounds so I know I would lose a lot of muscle in the beginning but I dread the mushy feeling of not working out! Drives me crazy! Have you started working out since you got pregnant? I know I couldn't go a whole 10 months of pregnancy with no working out

I know, not enjoying the mushiness here at all! I have started exercising again, but I am so cautious at the beginning b/c I worry I will do something to the baby, so not hardcore! Also, I'm super out of shape now! GL with your decision!

Ugh! That's my worry, about getting so out of shape! I hear it doesn't take long to get back to being in good shape once you start working out again. No idea if that's true, something about muscle memory. Maybe you could try prenatal yoga, I wouldn't think that would be too hardcore, I've never done it though. Anyways congrats on your pregnancy!!

Re being mushy - I lost like 30 lbs with my sway for DS 4 but I was still very muscley. Then I gained a lot of weight with him and lost it all again, but I found that I was a lot more mush and a lot less muscle than the first time thru and then conceived DD. don't fear the mush!

Ok so I feel like I am gaining muscle now I have been doing cardio 5xs a week for 90 mins then pilates 2 xs a week. This week I was plannig on doing pilates and yoga every other day added to 30 mins cardio. Do you think this would sway more boy since pilates is muscle building. Even if I am on the LE diet with low protein. I do all of this before eating anything then I come home to eat lunch. I feel like just when I have it figured out I realise I really don't

If you're losing weight, it's not likely you're gaining much muscle mass. I would suggest keeping up with the higher level of cardio rather than switching to the less cardio, more yoga/pilates.
