I'll always be here too, I owe ALOT to this site and our original PL gang! x

Girls weighed yest- DD1 9lbs 14oz and DD2 10lbs 7oz at 11wks. Saw the gp who was a bit hopeless, he tole me they had relux and I was to try SMA staydown before drug intervention. So called my HV who came out yest. She said to try it and meantime she would speak to gp and if by end wk no changes to call and he would give me a script for gaviscon to take with reg aptamil. To be honest I won't be trying the normal aptamil again, FX the SMA works, which you add the powder to chilled water then heat it slightly. The milk then thickens in the tummy and shouldn't come up as much. So far they haven't vomited half as much, but are still unsettled (glad HV saw them like that yest). Not very hopeful, but will give it a chance, bonus is u have to prepare water in bottles in advance to add powder to chilled water. So time saving when screaming for a feed Have heard from 3 mums that Hipp organic is a good one for babies with immature tummies that can't take aptamil, or babies coming off BF. Nightmare! boys were so easy, even ds2 with his shocking reflux never cried with it!

Inglewood - I used to frequent Babywhisperer.com - Index a lot and some of the ladies there have loads of reflux advice and experience. There is a separate board dedicated to it but I think you need to sign up to see it.

Does anybody want a 2.5 year old from 3pm to 4pm every weekday?! Oh my God, the school run has become one long, noisy, embarrassing tantrum! There goes the woman with more children than she can handle!!

Do you ladies have any tips for how to go ahead and make the decision? I'm thinking if we do go ahead, we will start trying after Christmas this year.
Welcome Serendipity! Yeah sounds like this is a good place for you to start! We are a group of mainly uk mums (and a few other nationalities too!) who have all been through/going through swaying. Some have been successful and some not but you will get great advice on here. You can also post in the ttc girl forum for lots of advice too but the uk mums usually hang out here.

DS4 doing well, he doesn't wind well so still taking me an hour or longer on each feed but overall he's doing well he's really changed already...he's 10 days old today, I'm already stressed thats it going too quickly!!

Off for a hot bath...started diet today and I'm starving!! so I need distracting. Hoping to get into bed and read for bait...can you believe how many people are reading 50 shades....!!!

I can't believe you're gardening and mowing the lawn Babymad! I'm so crap, I'm doing the bare minimum (poor DH has just got home from work and been sent straight out to Asda!!) and I'm still knackered!! Time is going so quicly isn't it? I can't believe Eliza is going to be 3 weeks old on Sunday. I had a happy thought this afternoon though - only a few weeks until the summer holidays and no school runs for 6 whole weeks .... and we can all have lie ins (hahaha!!) and stay in our PJs until lunchtime

Lol Zanacal...I cant wait for PJ days Not sure how I'll be with 4 kids for 6 wks though
How are finding it with DD after 3 boys? Must be wonderful to pick girly outfits and buy different things? Is it still sureal that you have a DD?
There is exactly a week between them as DS4 will be 2 weeks on sunday which will really stress me out...I absolutely love the newborn bit and feel very sad its my last time....Dont think I will ever be ok with never being able to have newborn cuddles again...it is the most magical thing in the world!

Hi serendpity . I think that you really have to be ok with the possibility if another boy. The more effort you put into swaying the more convinced you are that it's going to work and the worse the gd when it doesn't. Lucky for me I gave up on swaying as I couldn't get pg and just wanted a third.

Deaks I might do the pre testing as it's only a few hundred and then I tried (a bit lol!)

Babymad I feel exactly the same. Knowing it your lastnewborn is heartbreaking. I'm terminally broody!

Inglewood poor girls ds1 was like that too
