gah feeling much worse today, almost flu like with aches in all of my joints
don't think I'm going to even manage an hour walking on the treadmill today so will have to be my rest day. On the plus side though, I'm hoping for a little weight loss (not that I especially need to lose but a few lbs would be ok) as my appetite is off. I haven't eaten since 3.30pm yesterday and it's gone 10am now, although I'm starting to get a little peckish now...
How's everyone else doing today?x

That's a shame!! Hope you feel better soon!
So many bugs around at the moment, no idea how I have avoided it so far.
Just completed my workout, 20 mins on mini trampoline to the groovy tunes of s club 7!! 20 mins on the bike then another 20 mins on trampoline to some club classics haha!!
Exhausted now, glad it's over with!! X

Oh no 3sacharm sounds like you are suffering, I certainly wouldn't worry about excercising when you feel that bad Hun, hope you start to feel better soon.
Done my 1hr on TM this morning as I've got a busy day. Tried to get clomid from the docs again yesterday but not successful! Arrgh. I'm too worried to buy it on line so I'll just keep going.
Had 3 slices of wholegrain toast for lunch and mushroom stroganoff with wholegrain rice for dinner.

30mins walk/jog on TM then 45mins on bike. It wasn't my bum that was uncomfortable on the bike it was my feet, they kept going numb and i was getting pins and needles. anyone else get that? i haven't really been monitoring calories but have been under this week then with the exercise i feel dreadful, lower cals and increased exercise is gonna take some getting used to, have had a bag of jelly babies and feeling a bit better
3'sacharm. I hope you feel better soon, a day off to recover is better than pushing through it and ending up worse!
Frilly Lady, are you planning on using climbed for swaying?
How long has everyone been on the diet and exercising? How much weight have you lost?DS12010

I'm feeling rubbish today too, fighting a virus and feel weak, eaten all the wrong foods to try and make myself feel better,.biscuits, cheesy chips, Apple pie!!! No exercise either, I think keeping the sugar levels low are contributing to feeling weak but then I end up going off track with the food. Hoping for a better day for all of us feeling a bit under the weather.

Definitely going to do exercise in mornings from now on. Feels so nice to know I don't still have it to do this evening!
Just ate a very depressing dinner of wholemeal spaghetti and a little scoop of the bolognese sauce the rest of the family were having with their meatballs.
I didn't even finish it was so disgusting. My appetite has totally vanished after this 12 weeks on the diet!! I think I will struggle going back to eating red meat, it no longer appeals to me that much.
Will gladly get back to eating chicken though!!
