Hi, i was meant to be on the diet and ttc in December but life got hectic! So I'm back to planning my diet and hopefully ttc end Jan. It's quiet on here, anyone around on a regular basis? I use my phone and can't seem to find regularly used threads. I'm in Scotland and this will be my 2nd shot at swaying, hopefully for my 4th child. All boys so far! X

Hi random question but just wondered what cheese uk girls are using?? Is there one that doesn't kill such a large amount of protein and fat allowance?? TIA xx

I have to admit, I just use regular cheese. I don't really eat that much cheese that I thought about it - I tried comparing Low Low and cathedral city regular, and to be honest, there isn't that much of a difference.
Lowlow has less fat (4 g per 20 g cheese) compared to cathedral (7 g per 20 g) and less Kcal (60 vs 83) and less calcium (15% vs 19%) but it's the same in protein and Low low has 60 mg more sodium than cathedral city per 20 g cheese.2005

Hi Ladies,
Im a lurker (over the last month or so mostly) and working on planning my sway over the next few weeks in the hope of ttc fab/march time next year.
I have two boys already and this will be our third and final.
I have to say I am getting a little worried as I am already vegetarian, eat mostly rice and pasta anyway and slim (not skinny) - so really banking on losing a bit of weight and suppliments/vitex etc to work!!
Are many of you signed up as a Dream Member? Sounds bad but is it really useful? Hubby is happy to do (most) of the diet with me, but I am a little stuck for meals?
Anyway, lovely to travel this journey with you and good luck with your sways!
x

Its been very useful for me as there are lots of food ideas, besides it's only about 7 pounds a year.
If you're a vegetarian and eat a lot of protein/nutritious food than that might be why you got your boys! Plus the way you sexed when u got pregnant could have influenced as well :P2005

hello ladies
i'm new here! Am from UK and have 2 boys already so am reading up on how to sway for a girl, fingers crossed! There is so much amazing info on here, i had no idea about all this and can see that I was text book boy swaying lol!
I have pcos so have booked an appt with doctors Thursday to see if they will give me clomid and have started the LE diet which is pretty much the polar opposite to the way I normally eat! Thanks for all the info on food you can buy here, making it much easier!

Thanks rainbow flower! Yes I was diagnosed in my teens, my mum took me to gp as my periods were so few and far between. I had an internal ultrasound at hospital and was diagnosed from there, never had any meds for it other than the pill when I was younger. Was about to have first round of clomid when I was ttc 8 years ago, was told to do a pg test first and found out I was pg with my 1st ds!
Do u have pcos too?
