Oh no kitkat sorry to hear about your hubby!! Hope he has a swift recovery and you get an attempt in!
I've just popped in as DH and DS are napping so I'm using the wifi at reception and drinking a cuppa. I've been getting O pain since Thursday but it's much less now. OPKs have been getting darker with me and DH arguing about whether the colours match lol. Of course he is always right and I am seeing things. Today's is really dark but I still think negative which is annoying because we BD yesterday!! And of course I'm not restricting cals or fat here it's impossible. Also I have been taking sips of water because I have to in this heat so again it's false hope that it might be a false negative....
Hope you are all doing well and those of you in the 2ww get your BFPs

Sorry to hear about your DH kitkat! Hope he has a quick recovery!
AF started today so today is cycle day 1 of my 2nd attempt (took off March and April). Buckling down on my diet now and going to try and exercise every day till O which is usually on CD15. Will start OPKs on CD10 as I ovulated early on day 12 when I got pregnant on accident with DS2.Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.
DS1: Aug 2003 (my first home birthed water baby!)
DS2: May 2009 (my second home birthed water baby!)
Oct 2014
July 2016: Laproscopic surgery to remove a ping pong ball sized endometrioma on left ovary and 3 pea size fibroids on outside of uterus. Hysteroscopy to remove one larger "penetrating fibroid" inside uterus.
Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.

Yah!!! Stephk hope you get a pos in 3 days time!! Make me jealous with what you are eating.....
Hubby is okay but after feeling super calm and logical about it all I lost it today....
.just found out his appendix had ruptured and he has an infection he is in the best place getting treated really well and hopefully home soon!! Cray Cray but I am drinking peppermint tea to delay ovulation... In the hopes I can get an attempt in!! I'm not too concerned his health is soooo important so if we have to skip a month! No worries.......but thought it was worth a try
Good luck essence!! Xx

Kitkat I'm so sorry to hear your DH has a ruptured appendix
you're right he is in the best place and hopefully the pep tea and stress will delay O a little.
I would probably only make you a little jealous on the food front lol. Saturday we arrived very late so with all the travelling I only managed a veggie burger and chips at the airport and some fruit and chocolate on the plane!! Sunday I was starving and I had a carb fest breakfast - coffee, breads and cake! Veggie pizza for lunch and then a 6 course Egyptian dinner which was amazing, we are going back to that restaurant on Friday. Yesterday I wasn't hungry at breakfast but still managed croissant, cake and coffee. Lunch was salad and cake and dinner I hit the buffet. Hmmm ok maybe I am over eating after all!!
Today I really wasn't hungry at breakfast so only had coffee by choice. I've just had a salad now because we are going for a big lunch in an hour when DS wakes up. We have a sushi booking tonight.
Oh - and the all inclusive includes sparkling wine!! Amazing hey!! I'll shut up now.
