And what an adorable bump you have! My bump isn't real....meaning it's my own belly fat...it's just getting firmer :P

So I got my second blood test results (kind of.... I was at the drs with the boys and my results showed up while I was there).
She said they were negative. I didn't really understand the results when I pressed her, I think I mixed up the numbers. I thought she said my odds were 1/1900 but adjusting for age it's 1/260 (I think my age risk was 1/260 and after the test it's 1/1900). either way, she said it's below the cut off, so I'm not at an elevated risk.
So I think I'm good

Great news and congrats to Crazycat (can believe it's been that long since I have commented) and Robin (and anyone I have missed.
Angie - what a relief your tests came back good! I always feel great when I get those positive results. My dad has been telling us something similar to your mom. He wants to know whether or not we find out. I have a special elective gender ultrasound this weekend although I am still not sure if my DH will be joining me for it. He won't commit to finding out but I think he is just being that way to tease me till the bitter end, lol. I will be 16+3 so hopefully it is accurate. My dad was saying he was going to demand to be in the room and have the tech just tell him but he has softened to that. My mom was the same way with the others when she was still alive.
Sweetdream - I feel just like you. I keep thinking that how could this not be our little girl with everything I did to sway. I was also on antidepressants in addition to everything else which are also supposed to sway pink. But I don;t want to get my hopes up and keep practicing getting excited for another little boy too. It would be super cute to have three boys and I feel like a pro at the boy mom thing. I don't know that I could continue with this back and forth through the whole pregnancy though so I am pretty set to find out myself at least.
I love the list that has been floating around. Thanks to whoever updated that!

On a totally semi-unrelated note...
i have been thinking a lot about if we could manage if I quit work for a little while to stay home with the kids. Even with one kid in kindergarten, I am paying $1,200 to $1,300 a month in child care alone. My three year old began preschool in August and he cries every day when I drop him off. If I could figure out how to make just $500-600 a month from home I could very comfortably stay home but we might be able to tightly swing it even if I didn't.
I just don't know though. I do like what I do, and my schedule is pretty flexible which can be hard to find. If I need to take time off for sick kids or adjust my schedule to take DS1 to school, or bring a sick kid in with me, or work from home a day or two, I have the freedom to do so. And I cover power, water, garbage, and kids clothes and stuff with what I make plus extra groceries, and some of our eating out and luxuries. It is so hard to figure out what I should do...
Anyone in a similar boat?
