Thank you so much for welcoming me so friendly and helping me with my questions! before I found DG I literally starved myself and the diet was just terrible. I am so glad I found you and start believing it is possible to conceive a girl even when having a coffee or a piece of chocolate every now and then, I am so much happier!!! Breakfast at noon was the same as usuall, lunch was a salad with nuts, cucumber, light mozzarella and a oil and vinegar dressing - a long I had my coffee and a easteregg :-)

So I was naught and had a hot cross bun for breakfast and also carrot cake at the gym after my work out and just had mixed leaf salad with a small amount of Moroccan couscous and pesto pasta from Marks and sparks. So yummy but not buying anymore till after our attempt as I feel my diet has suddenly included more nutrients as I was just eating carbs like bread and bagels but now I'm eating salads with cous cous and spices/raisins etc. So probably should cut that out for now and stick at my plain carbs, worried my body will think times are improving if I suddenly eat these things so close to my cycle!

I eat alot of salad. If i eat too much bread stuff i put on weight fast!! Im also vegetarian so i need to get good stuff from somewhere
Do you think we should stick to carb stuff to trick the body?.. Think i might miss my rocket and halloumi too much!!!
Lunch -I just ate the rest of my pilau rice, 4 salt and pepper crackers, one chocolate rice cake.

I think if that's how you have eaten all through the diet then that's OK but I'm just worried that I went from eating plain carbs with no nutrients from veg or fruit to now eating salads with nutrients, just worried my body will think times have got better all of a sudden. However maybe if I'm still loosing weight it will think times are still hard!

Yeah I was literally eating maybe toast for lunch and a yoghurt and then 2 bagels with cheese and pickle for tea maybe with some cucumber and lettuce, usually with something in between if being bad like sponge cake or a custard cream or 2!

I ate pasta and rice when I swayed with ds3 so wanted to avoid that and do something different. I guess bread does have some nutrients in as wholemeal so maybe salads won't hurt too much if I don't load them with nutrient rich foods. Stick to just mixed leaves and cucumber and sweetcorn with a bit of cous cous
