Maxim do you have a period every single month or have you been known to skip a month or two? If your periods are regular and you don't skip it's not likely you have annovulatory cycles however depending on stress you may O at different points each cycle!
Doesn't hurt to talk to a doctor but depending where you live they won't do clomid without a hormone panel first and some other hoops to jump through which I think would stress you out further so be sure you aren't just delaying your own O.
Robin is correct in the states it's at least 6 months of active trying. In my case I was already under the care of an RE because he unclipped my tubal ligation. He did a hormone panel off the bat and said I was healthy normal and good to go so 6 months later when I came in complaining that's when he prescribed Clomid. Try and remember I was CD 18 before ovulating with DD3, I was like 40 days into a cycle thanks to an anovulatory month with DD4... Robin is also 18 DPO and just now ovulating, and what should give you some hope is she is swaying pink.. and while I wasn't swaying pink mine still ended up pink. The longer it takes to O it seems better shot at pink.

Thanks, ladies! So I made an appointment with ob next Thursday, 2/9. She said they do bloodwork to see what's happening in cycle. Not sure what that will do, but I guess it's a good start.
Burakoam, I do have periods every cycle, but I have had anovulatory cycles before (once when I got off bcp when ttc DD1, another when I was breastfeeding DD1 and was rx progesterone (which is how I ended up pregnant with DD2 without trying!), and then I believe when I got off bcp this last cycle about 3 months ago, although I wasn't temping then so no way to know exactly. Can you see my charts to FF below?
After reading your messages I tried testing with my old digi and it also gave me a "low" reading. Augh...

Cheapie opk's for reference...
Doesn't today's look darker than the rest? Why am I still getting no increase on the digi?

To me it looks fresh but not darker. Its not dark enough to be a positive and the digi will not go positive until you are about to pop the egg out. I know your frustration. it was a really really long 7 months waiting on my BFP with my DD3. It was torture, agony, and i cried every cycle when i either bled or took a test early and it was negative. I was getting low and high and peak reading for 6 months and 'nailing' what i thought were my ovulation days and still nothing. i want you to know i know i come off as a hard ass on you but i do sympathize and i wish i could give you the biggest hug because I HAVE BEEN THERE...It is crazy that for 6 months those OPK's worked like they were 'supposed to' but according to my doc i was not ovulating and then the month when clomid actually made me ovulate i only got low and peak readings and AGAIN with this baby when actually conceived only low and peak.. I cant explain it, i dont know if anyone knows why it happens but there are women on here who experience both sides of the coin. Some get pregnant with low high and peak, some get pregnant with low and peak, some cant get pregnant with low high and peak and some cant get pregnant with low and peak...some women have dark dark opk lines that SHOULD be a nice big egg but dont wind up pregnant and some get barely there lines, ovulate not realizing their surge has happened, and get pregnant with no idea when it could have happened. I was 'bleeding' every 28 days for 6 months trying for DD3 and that regular should have been a period..but i realize now that my periods then were extremely light, barely there and only lasted 2-3 days...apparently for me that should have been a sign something was amiss but they always push into you that a clockwork cycle means you are very fertile..it wasnt the case for me.
If you have at any point known to ovulate CD 20-23 as you have told me and just mentioned again on here i think as well then you are not out yet this cycle. I know its hard especially in a thread with other women getting their surges etc...You can do this maxim. You have an end goal in mind..you want another healthy bouncy pink bundle..and im certain it will happen for you sooner rather than later. Your age is not as bad as you think and i know you dont want big gaps between all the girls but ultimately this baby is for you so if a bigger gap happens that just means your littlest will have more time with you while the other two are busy with eachother. I promise this will all work out. If you DONT ovulate this month, i hope the OB figures things out fast for you. If you make it to that appointment without ovulating i would for sure have her run a hormone panel and maybe if she will at that point do an ultrasound to see if you have any good follies or even if she can see a Corpus Luteum meaning you ovulated and just didnt know.

I got prescribed clomid for next cycle and progesterone this cycle just in case.
They want to do clomid and iui right away to really increase odds. I am hoping to try a cycle with just the clomid and then go for the IUI as I heard that sways blue big time!

You are not alone Robin and Maxim! <3 CD15 here and no signs of anything, besides my cervix being lost and my sex drive revving up LOL. I am so in the late O club again this month
*sigh* my lines are all the same. I had an initial darkening on CD 11 and they haven't changed since. I'm testing 3 times per day so that I don't miss my surge but I have a feeling I'll miss it anyway so I'm keeping an eye on CM and anything else I can. BD scheduled for tonight. DH is getting impatient and wants his back to back turns

What is the earliest you would take a home pregnancy test with the cheap Wandfo tests? Anyone?
