I used to eat puffed rice that I got from Coles online, but would be at the Coles store too, with dried cranberries on top and rice milk for breaky each day.

Do any other Aussie ladies know where I can go to buy Coq10 ubiquinol? I looked in chemist warehouse but they only have the Coq10 ubidecarenone. Should I maybe try a health food store? Thanks.

Not sure but some vitamins are only available on a naturopath prescription. I had this from my naturopath. Otherwise online stores might have it? Good luck.

Hi :-) I'm new this whole sway thing and have a few questions.I hope this is where I post this. What kind of meals are you all eating throughout the day? Any brands you can recommend in Aussie? Should I do the PCOS version diet if I don't have PCOS but have had lots of cysts found on my ovaries? They have seem to have normalised over the last few months.

The PCOS diet is designed for those with PCOS as they are less fertile and it is also recommended for others with other infertility issues eg I followed it for a time as I'd had endometriosis and major problems falling pregnant in the past. I'm no longer on the diet as I have my girl but I ate nutrient void foods, mainly rice based eg rice puffs, rice cakes, steamed rice, diet coke, dried cranberries, cinnamon yoghurt. Best of luck

Thank you for your reply! :-) should I revert to low fat dairy again or if I'm within my limits its ok? I eat a lot of rice but brown and wholemeal pasta.I might make the swop back. Most days I eat lots of fruit and vegetables and just eat a tiny bit of protein.I have 9 weeks until we BD.I'm also sitting at 18.5 with my BMI and didn't want to lose to much weight.

If you have several months until you try you can't lose too much weight before then with that BMI. I would go high fat dairy if you aren't making your limits and definitely swap from brown to white rice and pasta. Are you measuring what you're eating with something like MyFitnessPal? Eating veges and fruit and low protein in the key. Is this all a big change from what you ate with your other children?

Hi Jensy
I just wanted to wish you luck. I was swaying this time last year and I'm now feeding my little girl. Definitely try to stick with the white, less nutritional options. I ended up losing too much weight and started having custard ay night to up my calories.
Good luck xx
