Warburton square wrap or any bread you like really, low sodium if you are doing that.buy Tesco low fat mozzarella or any brand, cop that up on the slice of bread or wrap with sliced mushrooms our baby plum/cherry tomatoes and some capers for an extra but of taste.I also like things spicy and so I use a chilli flake grinder over the top for a kick and then melt cheese under a grill.quick, easy, low fat and no meat.plus you can experiment with all diff toppings but the mozzarella really helps me feel like i'm not dieting.I use fit pal to track my calories etc.I also like Tesco light choices tomato soup.tastes just like Heinz cream of tomato soup and the values are all prettylow. And Tesco are also doing nice frozen risotto and different riced now how this helps
I used to do this on a low sodium pitta (I think I found some of the coop ones were the lowest sodium) - a pitta bread pizza I called it!

Ahh congratulations!! I bet it will be so lovely watching your boys play together when they are a little older. Does your eldest sleep through the night well and everything? My first was born Jan 2011 so is a month younger then your eldest and she is still a shitty sleeper, hoping to get it sorted this year.

he's actually slept well since we sleep trained at 1 year, and has done 9pm-8am lately (unless poorly or teething). His main sleep issue is that he won't sleep until 9pm regardless of when we put him down. Most of pregnancy he was waking at 5am and that was exhausting... but he improved again just in time

he already loves his new brother and Oscar gets more kisses than me and his daddy do! lol

Hi ladies I found this in my parents' fridge today and it wasn't that bad : Hartleys long life jelly pot raspberry and cranberry flavour, only 10 cals a pot! It doesn't really have much of anything in except gums and aspartame! I think it was from tescos x x

    Hope this link works... X

ooh I like jellies, only thing to watch with them is the gelatin content but they'd make a nice treat now and again!

it's when you teach them to settle without props (be it dummy, boobs, milk, rocking, music, etc)
it's not always easy, though, as they protest and get upset when they don't get the thing that they like to settle with! but if you are consistent they generally get the hang of it within a week (a very exhausting and sleepless week, often with lots of crying/screaming lol)

Hello ladies I am new to this site, I have been reading all your messages with interest, didn't realise how little I knew!
I am hoping to start the LE diet next week and am trying to organise all the bits and pieces i need. Do you have any advice on the best place (s) to buy RepHresh, Sylk and OPKs, pregnancy tests?
