I could be wrong, but I would drop intensity before dropping days. I think it would probably be better to walk 60 minutes every day than to do more intense exercise but drop days.

Just did 30 minutes of jogging in place immediately followed by 30 minutes of dancing. I'm sore. Tomorrow will just be walking for an hour on the treadmill.

After Sunday and Monday, I skipped Tuesday and I am DYING to get back into the gym and get my hour in on the treadmill today. Can't until husband gets home this evening. It's so weird how we crave exercise after we've been doing it semi regularly! And I am super lazy and avoid it at all costs usually. I am on AF and my bleeding is HEAVY. I've got cramps and everything...but I still need to work out! I need to sweat. I love that exhausted feeling afterwards!

Right back on track today with 20 mins on stationary bike, 8 mins on elliptical and 32 mins on treadmill!

Welldone, am trying to motivate myself to exercise this morning! Af is ending and I have a chest infection so am feeling very well, have decided to do e4d's so tonight is first attempt! Gl and fingers crossed! X

I've gained 5 pounds since I have started the hour a day exercise. I have been doing better on the L.E. diet too. WTF???
I'm only doing cardio. I started out at 176 and now I am 181!

Maybe you need to switch to a PCOS diet. I had to do that for my last sway, because I started to gain instead of lose. Ironically now, it is the other way around! I now have to do the traditional LE diet!
