I was exactly like you when I was carrying my ds4 always in that doubt and hope. I went for early gender scan and she said 'I can see a winky ' but didn't show me. So I literally convinced myself that she didn't know what she was doing and prompted for a re scan. Low and behold it was a boy. Then the rest of the pregnancy I just accepted I would do ht and I spent my days researching etc. And looking back I was still buying neutral colours [emoji849] and made out I was team green to everyone!!!! Once he was born I was in love, busy being a loving mother to my baby boy! I then gradually forgot about ht and life carried on until my niece fell pregnant and announced she was having a princess and I've been 'jealous' ever since!!!!! Here I am preggers again and obsessing again!!!! I wish there was a cure for gd other than having a hundred babies lol

I don't think so. I had a miscarriage in December 2014, and I got pregnant with my DS3 in February. I let them know, and they said that the only thing that would impact the results would be having a Vanishing twin or twins. With MaterniT21 Plus test that I had this time,it can detect gender with above 99% accuracy even with Vanishing twin or twins.

I really don't think I feel disappointed. I just read that and was shocked! This girl posted her boy results and then once she delivered posted pictures of a baby girl! In my head I'm thinking, this is DNA it can't really be wrong?!

That is baffling and I'm sure I've read that old DNA can be floating around but I think that was before they could test twin pregnancies maybe ???????
It's strange it's not that the feeling is disappointment it's more for me about will I ever have a girl and a bit like grieving for a girl I haven't had!!!!
I have it in my gut that I'm going to hear boy this week, I've been acting it out in my head, practicing my reaction

I've always had first trimester fatigue, but the last couple of days have been absolutely unreal. The only thing I can relate it to is recovering from a bad flu. I slept at least 11 hours last night and have fallen asleep three times today unintentionally, twice sitting up. I feel slow, like it's taking longer for me to react to things and understand what the kids are saying. I'm not even sure I could safely drive right now. I have never felt like this. I'll mention it to the doctor and see if he wants to do more bloodwork, but anyone else have this experience? I was super tired with DS1, slept probably 12 hours a day, but I was never groggy and overly tired during the day like this.

Hopefully it's just pregnancy fatigue. I think it's a good idea to mention it, just in case. I hope it goes away soon! I was really tired two weeks ago- I think the baby was going through a growth spurt. I wonder if that could be going on with you now.

I actually had no symptoms. I mean I was tired but not any more than from what I expected from being in first trimester. The only way we knew with both my second born and this baby was from my blood work. If you've had all of your booodwork done check and see if this was amongst the testing. Hope that helps!

Had bloodwork at 10 weeks! I've just been dealing with horrible headaches and exhaustion beyond words. Never experienced either with my daughter. But maybe this is totally normal and I just got lucky my first pregnancy. But my doc had mentioned if the headaches don't get better then I should come back to have bloodwork done and check my thyroid.
So I was just interested in how someone you had found out about your thyroid problems. I'm 16 weeks and have gained about 4-6 lbs so not too terrible I know. But I really shouldn't have gained anything the first trimester I feel like. Idk.
