Yeah, the stuff I have is individual nugget-type, as well. Highly doubtful there is sodium added to it!
I think I'll be high in fat and protein today because of lunch (the mozzarella and balsamic dressing I'm sure)... probably in the low-mid 40s, with dinner included, but hopefully the odd day isn't a big deal.

Cup of coffee with rice milk
Lunch... was at a coffee shop so had a mozzarella/tomato/basil baby leaf + rocket salad with balsamic vinagirette... and a large Americano with soy milk.
At home I had some semi-dark chocolate chips (about a tablespoon worth.)
Dinner is basmati rice, mushrooms, spinach, tablespoon creme fraiche, lemon juice, and black pepper. (My son had pesto on his... so jealous! I LOVE pesto.)
Calories (rough estimate due to my lunch having been eaten out): 1,010

suregena - don't worry about the number of grams of fat you have, but rather the percentage of calories from fat. Atomic says ideally we should be at about 20-30% of calories from fat. On FitDay, which I use, it shows me my totals on a little pie chart.

Honestly, I don't have a clue how to calculate calories from fat myself, but I'm sure you could figure it out pretty quickly if you googled it!

Yes... if I did the math right, it will have been 41% fat from calories, which isn't very good!

You take the fat grams and multiply by 9 and divide that number by the number of calories - looks like you calculated it right suregena. The funny thing is, if you ate more calories (without eating any more fat) your % would be less!

I was going to say the same thing about more calories, Z! I sometimes find that if I look at my calories from fat early in the day it will be really high, but after my evening candy snack it gets well below 30%.

I'm having such a hard time with the candy! I bought skittles the start of last week and I still haven't eaten them all! Seriously.
And tonight I can't sleep (now 1am) because I feel sick. AGAIN! I had a white piece of ww danish toast to try to stop it. It seems I do REALLY well for like a handful of days (last week I did pretty good for most of it, though) and then I have a night/morning where I feel shakey and nauseous.
