We have one like that sneak peek test you mentioned - but I think you have to arrange for a collection kit and have someone draw your blood then send it back.... I'm leery of it...

Sooo I did some digging and when I called my doctor they said I can do the down syndrome/ gender test for $140 because insurance doesn't cover it @ 12 weeks so I have it scheduled for 10/19! I'm so excited and its 99% accurate as well!
