Man, mine didn't return until my son was like... um, 22-23 months? I guess he's 33 months now (2 years, 9 months) and I got my period back last year in September. I only got it back when I stopped pumping at work. However, in the UK you have up to a year maternity leave, and I was on maternity leave for 10 months... so I was feeding on demand for that long, and then I was feeding on demand at home but then also still pumping at work (I was still bringing pumped milk for him to his childminder to drink well beyond a year... until he was 20 months probably... because I figured why give him cow milk when I still make human milk? Heh.)
Finally I dropped the pumping at work (it's nice I am allowed to pump at work however long... I got paid for that time, which also helped encouraging me to continue!) and my period returned about a month later!
Although, even now, I am still breastfeeding! So that is I suppose one part of my sway... hope it's helpful?
The same will probably happen with me again next time (my period taking like two years to start again)... maybe!

Last I saw it is likely to make landfall in NJ but it is so widespread that flooding and wind are going to be an issue. And, it is going to last for days so that really makes it bad for power outages. Get lots of nonperishable food and water. My crazy MIL called me this AM and had me in tears saying that it was coming our way and to cancel the boys' b-day party tomorrow. This party is EXPENSIVE and with my emotions running wild, set me off in tears! But, it doesn't look too bad for us down here...just windy and rainy from now until Wed!

I hate to tell you girl but I was breastfeeding when i conceived ds2. My kids always nurse for a long time, they are 23 months apart. I'm nursing still now too who knows if it swayed but I don't count on it.
My BFF also had her Ds while nursing her dd still.Mommy to DS1 (3)DS2 (1 1/2)
angel baby DD lost at 20 weeks
(5/12) and another angel baby DD
at 17 weeks due to ??? (12/12)
Next option will be HT eventually...
