oh no!!!!!!!! Disater have stayed the same weight this week! supposed to be doing 1st attempt this weekend for O estimated for monday! I'm about 5' 8ish, now weigh 10,13 so my BMI is 23, i've lost a stone over last 6 weeks on 1500 cal, should I?
1) start trying to do the 1hr a day of exercise (but not sure i can fit that in as both I and DH have long commutes and he works long hours)
2) reduce to 1200 cal
3) canx attempt
4) hope its a blip be super good no lill slips and check weight on sat before 1st attempt?

i'm tempted by 4 am i just being lazy ;-0

I don't believe in them either, as my son was conceived in a typical girl month, but I just threw it out there.

I'm pretty bummed out, though. I'm also pretty pissy at work today so my whole mood is off!

It's okay to maintain as long as you're not gaining weight.

Oh, Suregena - I'm soooo sorry - I was SURE you were pregnant! Next month my advice is lose the cheapies and stick to the good ones, and later in your cycle - those cheapies have caused you a ton of heartache!

As for whether or not to try in August - I wouldn't want you to ruin your trip by not eating and enjoying while you're there. I ovulated over Christmas, though, and I can honestly say I don't regret one bit not indulging even though everyone around me was - but that's only because I got a BFP that month. Flying in early pregnancy is fine, though - I ovulated while at my ILs house in Nova Scotia (across the country from me), and flew back home 3 days later.

As for the time of year, I really wouldn't give that a thought. I conceived this little girl in December.

I'm feeling a little achey this afternoon... bet AF could show any time. I went ahead and ordered the soy to give it a go... hopefully it arrives in good time. I'm going to go for it again but obviously keep an eye on where it puts me, cycle-wise, for my Berlin trip. Food is sooo yummy there and portions are big so a reason I'm looking forward to it (we also went last year.) If ovulation again takes too long I'd probably quit mid-cycle, but hopefully it all happens, timing wise, in the nick of time. Time will tell....

So sorry to hear the BFN Suregena! I hope AF shows soon and you get a normal cycle. Are still taking Vitex? If not, maybe you should stop and see what happens this next cycle.

Oh bummer Suregena... I'm sorry I agree with Mocha, you should def. not use the cheapies next time and hold onto that last FRER until you are 14DPO... I hate those cheapies, urgh! I'm glad that you did take the FRER and now know though, it will help you to move on and get ready for next time!

I last took any vitex CD16. I ovulated CD26. It's CD40 today, ugh! My cycles are soooooo long whilst swaying! I'm going to stop vitex and try soy isoflavones next time.

Seriously bizarre that I have zero symptoms today... zero! I wonder if it tried to implant but my lining was just not good enough due to the diet?
