Yeah I'm wondering what cream of wheat thin is?

I had morrocan cous cous with salad leaves, and then maybe 2 tablespoons of a Korma sauce with sweetcorn mixed in for lunch. A digestive Biscuit mid afternoon and then 1 slice of cheese on toast with some salad and cous cous for dinner. And a naughty 2 glasses if wine... But the stats for alcohol look too good ;-)

It is dried, refined wheat meal that you add water to and heat to make a runny-type porridge. It's an alternative to oatmeal that doesn't have the nutrients. I like it with a pinch of sliced almonds sometimes and adding strawberries to it to make it have texture and taste, haha!

This one, in the red box, is barely considered fortified and has no added nutrients.

Not a fan on couscous either brings bavk nightmares of the school days lol the day our woodwork teacher took over for our sick cookery teacher and had us make couscous. It tasted like sick. Everyone threw it away. But you all make it sound so yummy

It's even got cranberries in! The Moroccan couscous, think I may have to try a little coleslaw or potato salads with my salad as have got a bit bored of it

Like the sound of the cream of wheat, might have to try and find that.
Feeling sick is a good sign br.
You sound a lot happier with your food chocolate. I've not had couscous for a long time, might have to try it again, there are some nice sounding flavours in our supermarket.
