I'm kind of doing a hybrid version. Eggs when I feel like having them, white pasta and white rice, low-mid range fat and protein limits (usually 40-50g for both), and a sweet treat once or twice a day. I never ate this way before with any of my boys so I'm trying it out this time around. I naturally eat a lot of fruits and veggies. I don't eat red meat and have eaten very little chicken since February.

Xx when you say hybrid version would you say that is a kind of a mix of both?
I followed the pcos diet but added sweets if I was under on my calories and had some other thing now and again from the le diet. Oh and cheats hehe

I'm sort of doing pcos diet too. I don't follow the diet list to a tee I just eat whole grains and fruit and veg as a whole, but I allow myself sweet treats too. I wouldn't be able to do it otherwise. I eat prawns once a week but no eggs, I have cheese and whole milk but no yogurts. I probably go over on my wholegrain carbs but I'm hungry otherwise. I'm sure I don't have pcos because it was never picked up or mentioned when I did 5 rounds of IVF and immune testing, but like you my body does better without lots of sugar.

I eat Rainbow trout about 1-2 a month. We don't eat much shell fish. I don't drink milk, but I have a splash of creamer in my coffee in the morning.
My diet is what I call a hybrid, because I do eat sweets. I don't do whole grains, but I do eat white rice.

Did my cardio today together with my two oldest sons and our dog. They were on their mountain bikes in the forest. We were out for one hour and ten minutes. I really love when I can do my cardio while being together with the boys. It is nice to be active and out in nature together.

Oh now, why? It is also a giant challenge to fit all that cardio into a daily busy life. Last night I had only time from 22-23 and everyday I struggle to fit it into my daily scedule.

Is it OK to do 2 sessions of cardio equaling 60mins? I am currently doing 3kms on the treadmill morning and evening so about 70mins and 6 to 6.5kms.
