That is sooooo true! In fact, I was talking to a good friend yesterday that had been trying for over a year. They stopped trying and she got pregnant the next cycle while she was waiting for an appt to get her IUD put in. I am going to try to just chill as much as I can this cycle...it certainly helped last cycle in moving my O date up a few days. But the Type A girl in me can't help but stress when things don't go as I thought they were planned... That said, I have a saline u/s tomorrow and hoping that it will somehow help conception odds this coming month.

Max I think with everything coming together this month good things will be coming and it will feel a lot less stressful having dh fully on board to keep trying for now rather than feel you have a time limit in place. I'm curious regarding the saline u/s though? I thought your period had to be finished or down to super light bleeding when it's done? Your getting it done to check lining etc? Or is it for something else? So what's the bd plan? E3d or e4d with extra attempt? Cant wait till you start opks 😀😀

Have you thought about what you'll do next cycle bd wise though? If this cycle is a bust I'm thinking maybe dh's swimmers were maybe abit depleted by the two bd in a row prior to the bd the third day at pos opk?? May have absolutely nothing to do with it either of course but might be something to take into consideration next cycle do you think you'll try for 3 attempts at pos opk or eod?

Hi everyone, I've not had chance to read through all the posts yet, it's been so crazy here! DH has now had his op but still in hospital so not had chance to breathe between work, boys, visiting him etc. Just giving a quick update on me, I'm sure AF will be here very soon, I have all the usual cramps, I feel exactly the same as every other cycle. Anyway, hope everyone else is doing ok, I'm going to have to catch up when I get a minute. Also, on a completely different note, I live in Manchester, England where the terror attack killed 22 on Monday. So many children hurt and killed. It's made me hug mine a little bit tighter these past two days x

I was only talking to my dh about it last night and saying you cant even call these terrorists human beings because that implies that they are actually human, which they're not, there's nothing on earth disgusting, cowardly or evil enough to even compare them too. Thanks ladies. Yeah I agree completely. There are just no words to describe how vile they are. Our city is pulling together though and there are so many strangers being kind and helping one another through.
I will probably test tomorrow if it hasn't started by then, not got my hopes up though. I just like to pee on sticks [emoji23]

@mummy2boys do you usually have a short lp phase? 7dpo is super early so don't give up poas if it's neg. we want to see many pix!
All these attacks honestly does pull a community together and I'm sure that's the opposite of what the attackers want
