January 2012 Chit Chat Thread for TTC Boy

Can someone look at my chart? I am pretty sure today is O day, or it could have been yesterday? Not sure, but my temps are wacky! I got a +opk yesterday as well as the day before, and I usually O the day of the - opk (which would be today) but on occasion I O on the second +opk day. Either way, the temps for the past few days are high, BUT i was also sleeping poorly because I had to make sure I was up early enough to prepare for DTD (Do my BSF, had to make DH his coffee, etc) before the kids were up. I was still taking my temp around the regular time, maybe an hour or so early, but that's it. Anyway, I THINK I O'ed but won't know until I see tomorrow's temp. Tell me what y'all think:

For some reason I can't view the chart?? Is it possibly because I don't' have a full membership? I use an app on my iPad, so I don't use fertility friend, I have an account, but not membership. Anyway, from what you're saying, if you had 2 days of a +opk I would say today is the day. Did you say it was - today? I wish I could view your chart :/

So bummed! Went to doc today as i have not been feeling well for weeks & i've been put onto an antihistamine for 3 days & an antibiotic for a week!!!
I am roughly 2 or 3 days away from O, and this was my first month of proper charting to understand my body more - the tablets are just gonna wreak havoc with my CM etc!! So frustrated!
Any advice? Thought about only starting them once I've O'd!

If you are well enough to start your medication after you O, i would do that. And if you are not sure of O or have to take the medication before O i would just suggest using pre seed or EW.

Hello, i am new here!!

I'm Sam, mum of 2 girls from Scotland. They are Kaidy (6) and Tia (3), we are on our first cycle of TTC and hoping for a boy! I had the mirena removed last week so waiting for my cycle to return and decide what its doing. I have opk's at the ready that i have been taking daily hoping to have some idea when i may ovulate again!! Taking Ferlicare as heard it helps sway blue, trying to up the bananas and tomatos as snacks and hoping to dtd as close to Ov as possible.

If you need the antihistimine, then you should take it, bt if you can live without it (like if it is mostly just for your comfort) you could always skip it. Antibiotics sway blue, so that isn't a problem!

Well, just by looking at your temps, I would guess you ovulated between cd12&13. I know you said you were up a lot and thought that made your temps higher, but usually I have the same problem being up and down with my youngest, and my temps aren't affected as drastically as yours seem here. I really think you O'd already!

I would have to say O was most likely on CD12
