We have found data indicating that the sodium aspect almost certainly cannot sway in the ways that the old school swayers claimed that it did. Your body just holds on to more sodium from foods when you cut back on it and the levels in your body never change a bit (and we had people who did blood tests before and after mineral balancing diets and their sodium levels in their body actually went UP on the low sodium diets!!) Most of us have totally given up on that element and we have only improved our success rates since we did. I got my girl without limiting sodium, in fact DH and I both were eating quite a lot of it, after a failed sway where I was limiting sodium which yielded DS4.

If you're eating lots of dairy, salmon, chicken and eggs you simply cannot be doing LE Diet. Cutting back on some nutrients is not enough. In fact we have found the nutrients in fruits and vegetables sway very little if at all and most people are eating lots of them. Low carb vegetables are FREE and unlimited on LE Diet you do not need to count them and can have as much as you want.
Limits of LE Diet are 1500-1800 cals for most people (some need to go a bit lower or a bit higher)
40-50 g protein (people with PCOS or insulin resistance go to 50-60 g)
30-60 g fat.
Trying to eat a bunch of dairy and the other stuff you're eating will put you way over on protein. My advice would be to ditch the skim dairy and go with full fat if you need fat.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thanks for the reply atomic!
I didn't mean I was eating lots of dairy, salmon, chicken and eggs - I meant that when I had protein with my main meals, that was the protein I was choosing
Does the following sound ok..? I'm open to suggestions!
Eg. Lunch I'd have microwaved mixed frozen vegetables, with about 100g canned salmon. Corn thins (crackers). Diet yoghurt.
Snacks - low fat ice cream, canned soup, hunts chocolate pudding, oven baked frozen fries
Dinner is usually vegetables with chicken and an egg.
I keep within 1600-1700 calories, and have a BMI of 19, hence I don't want to lose anymore weight.
My periods have just returned after 2.5 years of breastfeeding, and my cycles are still irregular, so I don't want to jeopardise ovulation!2013 Hoping for a

Also, Atomic --- I think I was getting confused as I was trying initially to follow the IG diet - limiting fruits to berries, apples, mandarins.
Based on what you said - it's ok to have lots of fruit and veg?
And not to worry about sodium - so 2 minute noodles are ok?2013 Hoping for a

CAn you please tell me what your total amount of grams of protein and fat is??
you need to be in the range of 40-50 g protein and 30-60 g fat.
I also do not want you to lose any more weight!!! You can even up cals a bit if need be.
RE fruit and veg, we originally started out thinking that we needed to be strict on the amount of fruit and veg we had but over time we have found that the nutrients in them really don't seem to amount to much as all and it's things that are higher in protein and animal fats that are swaying blue. You'd have to eat a mountain of vegetables to get anything approaching the amount of nutrients in 100g salmon and the fiber in fruit and veg also seems to sway pink as well. People have tried to blend the diets but usually end up on a diet that is far too restrictive to stick to and may not be a safe pre-pregnancy diet.
Low carb veg are totally free and unlimited on LE Diet. Fruits and higher carb veg are free for protein and fat but you do count cals on them. When you have the option between a less nutritious and more nutritious fruit or veg, all things being equal, you can choose the lower nutrient one but that doesn't mean you can never have higher nutrient ones, they are still free and ok to eat, just that if you have the option may as well choose a lower nutrient one.!!! I also found some great soups that can be found in Coles that have no GMOs, so no meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts and wheat and gluten free also all dairy ingredients are made with pasteurized hormone free milk. They offer a range of vegan style meals but I did fall in love with the chunky tomato soup and to find something canned with no peanuts these days is next to impossible lols, here is a link to their products page: Amy's Kitchen Australia
