I'd say boy for both of you. Abdominally you're looking at the correct side so both are on the right and I believe that the placenta forming on the right means boy.
I think mine is confusing because it looks like the placenta is forming on the left but the baby/yolk sac is more on the right. Ugh. It's so nerve wracking.

With abdominal scans you switch sides. Right is really left and left is really right. Vaginally gives the true side the placenta is on.

Several internet searches support what I have been told by my OB and ultrasound techs. Trans-vaginal is the true side, abdominal needs flipping.

So baby is actually implanted on the left side?
My gynae & ultrasonographer do not support such gender methods.
Such a headache to get a little idea of what gender this baby could be lol2012
