Yay mocha!! I really hope it is a good sign for you!! My long cycles is one of the reasons I feel so anxious of getting a bfp soon as if I don't it's a really long time on the diet again and I'm so sick of it now!!!!
Kiesse, sounds like you're doing great
    Yesterday I had...
    No breakfast
Lunch humous sandwich on proper bread, strawberries and a cupcake with butter icing!!! We had a picnic for my birthday so I think I did as well as I could!
Dinner gf pasta with roasted courgette and aubergine with a bit of butter, lemon and Parmesan. A yogurt, no more cake

Happy birthday, swish!!! Was yesterday the actual birthday? What a great present a BFP would be!

Yes it was yesterday. A bfp would be an incredible present!!!! I'd have settled for ov yesterday but it didn't happen yet!!!! I'm trying to put the thought out of my head that maybe I won't ov as my weight as low, that's silly isn't it?

With ds3, I got my BFP on my birthday, so maybe your birthday will be good luck for you too! I'm sure you'll O - don't worry. Remember that the Vitex can cause havoc with your cycle - it made me O 2 days late.

Happy Birthday for yesterday swish! I'm very impressed with how good you were on your big day I hope you ovulate soon. Is it this weekend your DH is away?

mochagirl - I have a good feeling for you, so excited for your BFP!

    Today I had:

Skimmed milk for coffees bla bla bla ...
Lunch: Bagel with low fat spread and jam then some grapes
Dinner: GF pasta with sweetcorn and cheese sauce for toddlers and babies! (Great idea, tasted disgusting!) WW victoria sponge cake.
Snack: 2 slices toast with 1 tbsp peanut butter and small glass skimmed milk

swish, are you still taking Chitosan? Do you find it keeps you regular? It's doing nothing of the sort for me, never in my life has having a poo been such a flipping struggle lol!

I pretty much dtd through O - we dtd on the evening before I O'd, and I think I O'd in the morning. I feel like I'm doing so many other things to sway that I won't get pregnant at all if I mess too much with timing!

I'm going to test tomorrow for the first time. I'll only be 8dpo, so it'll probably be a BFN, but I can't wait any longer! I haven't felt very pregnant today after feeling dizzy all day yesterday. I keep going back and forth between being sure I'm pregnant and sure I'm not pregnant. I just want to eat some real food!

Today was a strange day. It was the last day of school for my older two boys, so we brought them out to lunch to a restaurant of their choice: fast food, of course. I was going to be good and just get a small fries and nothing else (I had previewed their nutritional info and found I could manage a small fries within my nutritional guidelines). Instead I found myself ordering chicken nuggets then eating the whole thing with 1/2 my fries (luckily ds dropped his fries so I had to give him half of mine or I'm sure I would have eaten them all). I figured the day would be a throwaway, but to my surprise, when I figured out my totals for the day, I was pretty much within limits (only very slightly over for sodium). The weird part - those chicken nuggets only had 5 grams of protein in them. What ARE they making those things out of?? I'm not sure I want to know....

    Anyway, here's today:

    Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: 5 chicken nuggets with plum sauce, 1/2 an order of small fries
Supper: rice pasta with butternut squash and parmesan
Snack: Vanilla frozen yogurt with strawberries + some gummy candies later in the evening (I had the munchies)

    Calories: 1375
    Protein: 38.7g
    Sodium: 1069mg

Tomorrow I'm 8dpo so I'm going to test first thing in the morning with a FRER. Wish me luck!
