I'll probably start testing in a week. I'm not sure based on my opks and secondary signs if I O'd on Tuesday or yesterday, but as of today my opk is negative again so I figure I can safely assume I have by now. Tuesday was super dark but I've been high, soft, open and wet since Monday. Usually right after I O my cervix closes up and gets firm and it hasn't yet so I'm not sure what's up.

Good luck with the test! I'm still trying to work out when I O. Started testing a couple days ago to be safe with strip and digital. Day 12 today so hopefully get a positive soon. Then it's only a month until we try. Have had a bad day for diet, skipped lunch because we were busy so have snacked a lot on bad foods, def gone over the limits.

I was about this size-maybe smaller- when I got pg with DS2, and then I also had breastfeeding and close spacing (got pg 8mos pp) on my side. I've been really good with the diet other than making changes to it, I had maybe 5-6 cheat days total since July and even with those factored in- my averages were still well within the limits. The alcohol has been hit or miss for me. I try to remember, but some nights the last thing I want to do is have a drink.

DH takes olive leaf extract (ole) every fall for immune system boosting and to help with his blood pressure and according to what I've read on here, it also helps sway pink. It's not something atomic is recommending yet but it's a fringe benefit since he was already taking it. He can't do licorice because he has high blood pressure and kidney problems and he didn't like the risks of cran so we chose to skip it. He is doing soy and lots of diet drinks though.

I think the biggest part of my worry is that I feel like I didn't do enough to get a girl. I know the laid back sways are seeming to work great, but I just have this sinking feeling that if I do get my bfp this cycle- it'll be a boy.

I am naturally an LE girl but I had PLENTY of cheats when I was ttc and had two girls. I was actually gaining weight when I got pregnant with my first DD because I had just gotten married and stopped watching what I was eating. I would just eat a lot of low fat food and not highly nutritious food. I was also a runner so I wasn't really building muscle. I do have to say that I cheated a lot, like every weekend and went over my calories I was trying to eat. I was five pounds over my desired weight when I got pregnant with both girls.

Thank you ttc. I know it's natural to feel this way about adding a new family member, can be a scary thought at times. Usually I'm ok and excited about the idea but some days I think about it too much I guess. I'm kind of worried about the newborn stage. All the sleepless nights and having two very active boys around. Maybe I will manage it somehow But today I felt really at peace with having either gender. I really really want to have a girl but a third boy would be lovely two. No matter what gender it's still our baby, maybe looking like his/her brothers. Having said that I know I will be very disappointed if I don't get my DD this time but I'm sure I will love a boy aswell. Haha, I can believe how you just want a one child this time! Even though twins are certainly great!

Has2, even though you feel your sway wasn't good enough it's always a good thing you have changed your lifestyle to more pink friendly. And like you said you have been really good with the diet, that's great. Good luck with testing!!

    Quinn, are you already TTC?

This is cd5 for me, well almost cd6 as it's almost midnight here. I think my period is finished by tomorrow so I will start using OPKs. I'm going to start using RepHresh too. Is anyone else using it?

Nice to hear who you have told TTC and swaying. Sometimes I feel so tempted to tell someone about swaying but I don't feel comfortable doing that. But it would be so much easier. Especially my mom sometimes wonders why I'm eating this way cos I used to eat so much differently before. Also many people have started commenting how much weight I have lost and have been asking what's my diet like.

I want to tell people that I'm swaying but will be embarrassed if it's another girl. I just want to explain why I'm gaining weight. I feel like a fatty!!

I'm on cd7 of our third month trying. I have a dr appointment to possibly get on clomid if I'm not pregnant this month. I've been pregnant twice in 2-3 months but with my last dd, it took a 11 cycles and IUI/clomid. My hope is that was a fluke and I'll get pregnant quickly with a boy!!

I'm just like you quinn I'm choosing not to tell people I'm swaying cuz I'll feel silly if it's a girl again.. A few people know of course.. But it's not public knowledge. I have 5/6 weeks till our first attempt. So scary how fast it's coming up.. With DD we just decided to stop protecting instead of "trying" and it took us 6 months. But again we were actually trying.. We just "pulled the goalie" so to speak so this time will be interesting with actually planning and tracking ovulation and TRYING to get pregnant this time how fast it will happen. Hopefully it's a one hit wonder

Anyone planning a Sept/Oct/Nov 2015 sway? Chat here!

    Hi girls,
I'm 2 months into the LE diet; skipping breakfast, gone vegetarian, having more fibre than I've ever had in my life, and exercising 4-5 x 60 mins per week.

But... I'm 2.5 weeks past when my period was due. I'm usually a strict 24 day cycle girl! And I'm 100% not pregnant.

    Anyone else had this?

    Hi there

This literally just happened to me last week!!

I am usually pretty regular (since I've had my boys especially!) then I was 12 days late.

I stepped up my diet limits and had some full fat dairy and eggs. I started getting spotting for a few days then finally AF arrived!

I was looking online at other reasons for it happening and a lot said about major diet changes such as becoming vegetarian. Hopefully it was just that!
