i was the same as soon as the attempt(s) are over you start doubting! your sway was/is goodhuge huge changes from when you got your girls! honestly you could spend a year or more ttc on HE/LE diet the whole time etc and still feel like maybe more time was needed or a stricter sway or more things added when you get bfp!
unfortunately when you sway and actively work and change things it brings with it these doubts that maybe next month would have been stronger than this month etc.. but you did a good solid sway for the recommended time frame, your in a great place!! and if bfn youll be in an equally solid place next month, just keep doing what your doingxx

Thanks 4b2p! That makes me feel so much better to know so many others feel the same way. I was actually only swaying for 5 weeks though, which is another reason I worry about it. I was aiming for 6 but then my cycles changed once I started swaying. With therm being shorter these last 2 months in a row, it left me on the diet for only 5 weeks.

cycles changing is a good sign! means your body was responding to the changes you made
some swayers find af starts arriving at a different time of day too, i didnt have that with my first sway but i did this time.
how many weeks are recommended for HE diet? its 12 weeks for LE but i know its less for you guys swaying blue, if 6 is the recommended time i really wouldnt stress over 1 week, 5 weeks on LE diet wouldnt really be enough as youd be 7 weeks short! but 1 week isnt anything to stress over, what you did in those 5 weeks is exactly what has been found to really work for blue *snack*snack*snack*xx

Yes recommended is 6 weeks (minimum and maximum atomic says, because it's the sudden positive changes that count) so I started he diet day of af, the cycle before ttc. My cycles were 28 days so I figured af-af would be 4 weeks and then 2 weeks to O would make 6. But after starting my cycles immediately cut down to 25 days, leaving me 6 days short when O came, and I made the decision to go for it anyway because as you said, I figured that was a good sign that the diet was working. But now I look at my sway and realize not only did it cut diet a week short, but exercise and supplements too and now I start to worry lol.

i didnt realise it was 6 weeks min AND max for you guys, does that mean after 6 weeks if no bfp atomic has you take a small break before you do another 6 week HE cycle?
i wouldnt stress too muchif its the sudden short term changes that count then you nailed that!! xx

Oh no I think she just meant she would like to see us begin ttc right at the 6 week mark, because he diet doesn't require as much time as le diet (since increasing fertility can happen rather quickly). She said being on the he diet for too long before ttc you might gain too much weight. But I wouldn't imagine one would have to take a break unless they gain too much weight and other suggestions aren't helping slow the weight gain.

Hi ladies, can I join? We are hoping to ttc in August. Have 3 little boys so hoping for pink this final time! I swayed here in 2015 for a girl but we got our gorgeous DS3 who we adore so I won't be overly disappointed if we have a 4th boy but I'd like to up my odds of a girl this last time. I'm attempting the LE pcos diet, not really succeeding and thinking it might be doing more harm than good with me fixating on what I'm "not supposed" to eat etc. Anyone have any tips for me?
I'm also doing the cardio now, 3 weeks of it so far. 60-70mins x4 times the first two weeks but will fit in x5 this week!
Filled my rx for Clomid today also. Bit nervous about taking it but it seems to really help sway pink so I'll just go with it!
Anyone else swaying at the moment? Or is there a diet thread to help keep on track? I've got the will power of a pigeon and keep exceeding fat intake! Today is possibly the closest I've gotten to keeping under my max totals but that's cause I've only eaten twice!! I must eat again now as I have a fast metabolism and with the cardio I know I will lose weight fast if I don't keep the cal intake up!!

I'm sorry, I just saw this. I'm 8dpo and I took a clear blue hpt today randomly at like 2:30 pm, without holding and I think I actually saw a faint line. All the ladies on the 2ww thread say they could see it too. So today I picked up first response since they're supposed to be much more sensitive and I'm going to take one in the morning at 9dpo. Here's a pic of today's, I put it in negative so the"faint" line is more visible.. What do you think? Faint line or is it maybe the lighting or something? 20170621_143019.jpg

Hi hopper! I'm swaying blue and currently in my 2ww, feeling strongly I might have caught the egg first try! I should know within the next few days. I don't know much about swaying pink, but I can tell you when I got my 2 Girls I never ate breakfast, rarely ate lunch and for dinner it was usually fast food. I would snack on candy, chocolate and sweets all day and otherwise I lived on coffee. I do believe coffee is one of the most important swaying factors for a girl, just because of my own lifestyle and the other women who notice the connection between their coffee drinking and DD's.. I think clomid would be a great one too! I see lots of women talking about it as if it's a magic bullet so it must be important! I'm sorry I can't say much more as I'm really not to familiar with pink swaying. I'm about to go to bed right now, but I will check in tomorrow. Goodnight (or morning, whichever it is for you lol).
